Delivery charge stated are to New Zealand Urban addresses only (Excluding Waiheke Island and Rural areas）and we endeavour to make them within two working days (Monday to Friday) using our shipping partners.

Return shipping is customers responsibility & Cost. Returns are ONLY accepted within 7 days of receiving item.
The item has to be provided in the same condition it was in when purchased i.e. Brand New/ package to resell. You may not return any items marked, stained, used or torn in any way.
Once your return is processed, you will receive an email stating that you have store credit and or you refund has been processed.
