Returns & Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or provide you with store credit/ refund within 7 days.
1/ The item has to be provided in the same condition it was in when purchased i.e. Brand New/ package to resell. You may not return any items marked, stained, used, or torn in any way.
2/ In the unlikely event that a product is delivered to you damaged please get in touch and a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible. To return an eligible product either call us at 09-5511791 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
3/ Once your return is processed, you will receive an email stating that you have store credit and or your refund has been processed.
Refund Option A:
Cash – A 10% of the purchase price will be charged and deducted on refund as initial shipping, handling, and restocking fee.
Refund Option B:
Store Credit – will retain 100% of the purchase price.
